Mibo Srl, founded in 1982, quickly established itself on the Italian market and later on the foreign one, marketing foaming additives for the production of lightweight cellular concrete. From that moment on, its founder, Dr. Rovaldo Minardi, began the creation of what is now Mibo Srl, with the primary objective of introducing innovative, highly technological products to the Italian and foreign construction market, offering the prospective buyer good value for money.
In addition to the exclusive sale of additives, the following were added: products for industrial floor treatments, a line of waterstops for casting joints and expansion joints, and a line of sealing products. The primary objective of Mibo Srl, which has actively grown from an almost one-man company to become a significant reality in the Italian economy, with connections and resellers in most of the peninsula and in areas such as Israel, France, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Romania, is to reach foreign markets that are currently unexplored and to create a sales network that, based in Vicenza, can supply products on a wide scale and to different realities such as construction companies, material resellers, and commercial firms. Although it has grown both in terms of modus operandi and number of collaborators, Mibo Srl has managed to maintain, with its most loyal customers, an almost family-like relationship of mutual esteem and collaboration, which it has always tried to recreate even in the case of new collaborations. Mibo Srl currently operates as distributor for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean countries of a line of expansive and non-expansive waterstops for casting joints called (SYNKO-FLEX, RAM-NEK, HYDRO-FLEX) produced by a multinational company from Houston-Texas-USA, the HENRY COMPANY, and as distributor for Italy of a line of sealing products (STOPAQ FN 2100 / AQUASTOP).
It is also involved in the sale of protein/synthetic foaming additives and other products such as: bentonite hydro-expansive waterstops for re-cast joints, PVC waterstops for re-cast and expansion joints, and bituminous and cement-based waterproofers.
